Rapid cooling of beer cans

Enhancing consumer experience with sustainability
On the road to Rock in Rio Brazil 2024, fans had the opportunity to experience CHILL It, an innovative machine capable of chilling a beer can in just 30 seconds. This revolutionary technology ensured beverages were at the perfect temperature for the festival's pre-party (“esquenta”), transforming the participants' experience. This initiative was the result of a special partnership between CHILL It and HEINEKEN, combining innovation and sustainability. The machine not only offered convenience but also operated with energy efficiency, reducing energy consumption compared to traditional cooling methods. For the first time in Brazil, this innovation guaranteed beverages were at the perfect temperature for the pre-festival experience. Visitors could experience this novelty at the AMPM station on the Yellow Line, Av. Ayrton Senna, in Rio de Janeiro, from August 29 to September 22, between 10 AM and 10 PM. The initiative was part of HEINEKEN’s activations as an official sponsor of Rock in Rio, providing unique and unforgettable moments.
